Since the recent announcement of Pyer Moss returning to NYFW this upcoming September was released, I think it’s very appropriate to reminisce on Raymond’s most previous collection and fashion presentation. It was a moment to remember and the video still touches me the same way each time I revisit — it will probably be one of those timeless moments in fashion history that we wish we could relive. And maybe we will get to sooner than we think with September approaching.

Walking down Chrystie St, the three-story building glistening with tiffany-hued jewels caught my attention two blocks away. The exterior of the Delancey location is luxurious, and clean, but also inviting. Of course I planned my trip to Daily Paper, but for anyone else walking the streets of NYC, the brick and mortar is pleasing to the eye and with ‘Daily Paper’ placed in huge lettering on the front and side of the building along with their logo, there is some mystery created to pull new customers in to discover the brand and see what’s behind those two large, glass doors.


Traditionally, we’ve seen handbags worn mainly just by women, aside from the select, fashion-forward men in the utopic, fashion universe. But, today’s men and women are actively embracing their eclectic senses of style outside of the traditional mold that society used to try to hold over us. Thankfully we have broken free from that chain and are actually having fun with clothes and embracing style as personal expression. In between this final month of 2020, a year to be remembered forever that I’m sure we all kind of want to forget, and the top of the year of 2021, a new year of possibility, but also uncertainty, there is one thing I am sure of and that is that we are going to continue to see more genderless clothing. Genderless clothing has always made appearances in the luxury sector of the industry, here and there, but today we have designers and brands devoted to making genderless clothing and that choose to not label their shopping categories with genders…
